At Kaaf Foods™, quality is supreme. We stand firmly behind the purity and freshness of our spices. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your product within 7 days of purchase—without any questions asked. Your trust matters to us.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, simply contact us with your order details. Please provide a brief description of the issue. Including photos helps us resolve your query even faster.
Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth return process, items must be returned within the 7-day period. Please include your order number as proof of purchase. We kindly request that the product be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
Refund & Exchange Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund or exchange. If approved, the refund will be processed promptly using your original payment method. For exchanges, the replacement will be sent once the returned item is received. A confirmation email will be sent to you upon completion.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that show signs of mishandling after delivery, or are returned after the 7-day period, cannot be accepted for return. Additionally, opened products are non-returnable unless they are defective or incorrect, and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product, Kaaf Foods™ will cover the return shipping cost. For returns based on a change of mind, the customer is responsible for arranging and bearing the shipping costs.
